Introductory Dialogfirst trainings are presented as webinars.   This includes our certification program (701)which is made up of two parts:

Part A - Basic Dialogue skills - 4 webinar sessions

Part B - Leading, coaching and resolving conflict in dialogfirst - 4 webinar sessions

More advanced programs - such as facilitation and presenting seminars, will be face-to-face.  We are not expecting to schedule these until later in 2010
