Webinars leading to Certification as a Dialogfirst Coach

The core curriculum of Dialogfirst is provided as a series of 8 webinars - each 90 minutes long.

These are divided into two sections:

Course 701 A - Basic skills in Dialogue, to improve your personal results - 4 sessions

Course 701 B - Using Dialogue as a leader, a coach or to help transform conflict. - 4 sessions

 

Objective:

To enable participants to use dialogfirst skills

  • In a coaching practice with clients, to help clients deliver improved results

  • To use in your own life and work to deliver improved results

  • To enhance your skills as a leader

  • For HR and training professionals to learn dialogfirst skills as a step to introducing them into their organization

 

Course 701 is suitable for:

  • Trained coaches

  • Imago Educators interested in providing coaching in dialogue skills in a life or organizational context

  • Leaders interested in improving skills

  • Human Resource professionals interested in learning dialogue coaching skills

This course also provides the pre-requisites for more advanced courses providing advanced training in facilitating conflict transformation, and delivering seminars.

 

Note:  Further training is required to present training seminars in dialogfirst.
